3. Shipping, Delivery & Returns

  • Shipping and delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, natural events, customs, or other unforeseen issues.

  • For returns/exchanges, please follow our Returns & Exchanges policy (link if available). Products must be returned in original condition, unused, with tags & packaging intact. Return shipping cost may apply as per our policy.

  • Refunds will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned product, minus any applicable shipping/handling charges.

4. Products & Availability

  • Products shown on the Site are subject to availability. We try to keep stock information up to date, but in some cases items may be out of stock.

  • Item colors, patterns, textures may slightly vary from images shown, due to screen settings, lighting, or dye lots.
